Entertainment and Activities
Do you enjoy working with children and have an artistic talent?
Join our team as a face painter!
As a volunteer, you will create colorful and fun designs on children's faces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Use provided materials to create festival-appropriate artwork. Creativity, patience, and a friendly attitude are essential.
Experience in face painting or art is beneficial but not mandatory. All necessary materials will be provided.

Commitment of a minimum of 2 shifts, each 4 to 5 hours long.
Are you interested in working with children and families? A hidden artist? Creative?
Come and express your talent (or discover it) at Parc du Voyageur in the Tente des neiges!
Your mission: create joy and art with simple models, assist children at the crafting table, and support artists in assisting children to the stage.
Commitment of a minimum of 2 shifts, each 4 to 5 hours long.
Ideal for volunteers in groups, this position is perfect if you are physically fit, patient, sociable, and enjoy working with children.
Located outdoors (warm clothing essential) at Parc du Voyageur, you will ensure safety on the slides by distributing sleds and helmets, overseeing safe starts and stops, and managing incidents using a walky talky. Rotations will allow you to stay warm. You will also supervise children's games.

Do you enjoy winter and being active? Come help us with our snowshoeing excursions!
Located outdoors (warm clothing required), your mission will be to welcome festivalgoers, inform them about the excursions, and assist them with putting on their snowshoes. You can also join the walk along the river, providing insights into the history of Whittier Park and Saint-Boniface. After the tour, you will help collect the snowshoes and prepare for the next group.
Commitment of a minimum of 2 shifts, each 3 to 4 hours long.
Welcoming Host and Info Center

Primarily located inside the volunteer/artist trailer (dress warmly in case windows need to be opened), your mission will be to provide information to volunteers and artists, verify and distribute accreditations, reward volunteers who have completed their shifts, and assist the volunteer coordinator with various administrative tasks.
Working conditions require good organizational skills, customer service orientation, and effective communication in English.
Commitment of a minimum of 2 shifts, each 4 to 5 hours long.
Are you energetic and outgoing? Would you like to serve food and drinks to volunteers, artists, and guests? Join us!
Located at the park in the hospitality tent (prepare for occasional outdoor duties by bringing warm clothing), your mission will be to assist the team lead in serving food and drinks, preparing snack kits for volunteers, accepting food deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the hospitality tent, and selling alcoholic beverages if needed.
Working conditions include the ability to stand for extended periods, work in a high-intensity environment, and possess strong customer service skills.
Commitment of a minimum of 2 shifts, each 4 to 5 hours long.
We are looking for dynamic and organized volunteers to join our team at Parc du Voyageur who are available during the daytime on weekdays.
You will be responsible for coordinating the arrival and departure of school buses in the outdoor parking areas, ensuring efficient and safe management. This role requires good physical condition, strong spatial awareness, as well as customer service and communication skills.
A minimum commitment of 2 shifts, each 7 hours long, is required, with a downtime of approximately 3 hours between the arrival and departure times of school buses.
Join us at CCFM in St. Boniface to warmly welcome festivalgoers, guide them to their seats, and ensure impeccable service in a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere!
You will greet attendees, escort them to their reserved tables, answer their questions, and assist those with reduced mobility while ensuring food service.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, fluent communication in French and/or English, and the ability to work effectively in a high-intensity environment.
Commitment of at least 2 shifts, each 3 hours long.
Logistics and Support
Are you in good physical condition, skilled in navigation, organized, disciplined, and dynamic?
Join us at the outdoor parking lots of Parc du Voyageur (warm clothing required) to direct vehicles to available spaces, check accreditations, and manage traffic with a lit up baton. This role requires the ability to stand and walk in the parking area.
Commitment for a minimum of 2 shifts, each 3 hours long.
Are you a fan of campfires, sociable, and friendly?
Join us at Parc du Voyageur (outdoor, warm clothing required) to ensure safety and camaraderie around the fire.
Your mission: maintain a constant presence, feed the fire with wood, monitor for unsafe behaviors, and respond immediately to any incidents.
Commitment of a minimum of 2 shifts, each 3 to 4 hours long.
Ideal for volunteering in pairs!
Are you passionate about saving the planet? Help the Festival reduce waste by volunteering as an Eco Voyageur!
Primarily located indoors (with brief outdoor tasks, warm clothing is necessary), your mission will be to educate festivalgoers on waste redirection, staff the sorting station to facilitate composting, recycling, and trash disposal, and replace bags. You'll also assist in clearing and cleaning tables and collecting waste in the tents.
Working conditions: walking or standing for 4 to 5 hours and lifting up to 30 pounds.

At Parc du Voyageur, indoors and outdoors as needed, you will assist volunteers who cannot fulfill their shifts or temporarily replace them after a quick briefing. You will perform various tasks to assist team leads and the volunteer coordinator, and support individuals with accessibility needs. You must be willing to take on any volunteer role at the Festival, including parking and Eco Voyageur positions, which often require substitutes.
Minimum commitment of 2 shifts, each 4 to 5 hours long.
Sales and Tickets
Are you social and energetic? Join us to serve drinks to festivalgoers!
Your mission includes serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, recording sales in the POS system, and processing card payments.
You must be at least 18 years old, possess or obtain a Smart Choices-Serving It Right license (reimbursed by the Festival), and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
Commitment required of a minimum of 2 shifts, each 5 hours long.
Are you interested in sales and eager to share your love for the Festival while helping to raise funds?
Join us at Parc Voyageur, where you will sell 50/50 raffle tickets and fundraising items in the tents. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, being 18 years or older, and the ability to walk, stand, or sit for 4 to 5 hours.
Minimum commitment of 2 shifts, each 4 to 5 hours long.

You will primarily work indoors in heated environments such as ticketing and the parking booth, although outdoor tasks may be required. Your mission includes selling parking and admission tickets via a point-of-sale system, distributing accreditations, and answering festivalgoers' questions.

You will primarily work indoors, especially in the heated tent at the main entrance, but be prepared to assist outside as needed, such as managing the exit of festivalgoers or controlling the queue. Your mission will include scanning and verifying passes, attaching wristbands or stamping visitors' wrists, redirecting individuals without passes to the ticketing point, and providing a warm welcome in both official languages if possible.
Minimum commitment of 2 shifts, each 4 to 5 hours long.
