Annual general meeting 2025

The Board of Directors would like to invite you to attend 2025 Festival du Voyageur inc. Annual General Meeting. The meeting will feature a report on activities and results of the 2024-2025 programming. We require all participants to register ahead of time.

Please note that the AGM will be held in French only.

This year, there will be an election of new Boards Directors. Please note that no nominations from the floor will be accepted for the vacant positions.

The Festival has three categories of membership:

Appointed Members "Membres désignés" (no voting rights)
Appointed members are sponsors, funders or partners of the Festival. These members do not have voting rights at the Festival's AGM.

Honorary Members "Membres honoraires" (voting rights)
Honorary members are the Ordre des Voyageurs officiels (OVO), Vieux-Loups, past members of the Board of Directors, recipients of the Honorary Capote, and all other individuals deserving of the title by the Board of Directors. All individuals designated as honorary members have voting rights at the Festival's AGM as long as they meet the following criteria:

i) Be 18 years of age or older;
ii) Adhere to the Festival's values and agree to promote the Festival's mission;
iii) Not be a member of the Festival staff;
iv) Have paid their annual membership fee, if applicable.*

Actives Members "Membres actifs" (voting rights)
Active members are individuals who have voting rights at the Festival's AGM. Active members must comply with the following criteria:

i) Be 18 years of age or older;
ii) Adhere to the Festival's values and agree to promote the Festival's mission;
iii) Not be a member of the Festival staff;
iv) Have paid their annual membership fee, if applicable.*

*A $10 membership fee will be charged this year. Members may pay their fees at the registration table at the AGM by credit card, debit card or cash.
