The 2025 Festival cost structure varies according to the passes or tickets chosen. NEW! For the first time, we are offering the option of purchasing a weekend pass.

- Are tickets valid on any day of the Festival?
No. In order to better manage traffic at Parc du Voyageur, reduce line-ups and provide a pleasant experience for festivalgoers, there are different tickets: day tickets (10h-00h), evening tickets (18-00h), and day + evening tickets (10h-00h).
- Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets online, at the Festival du Voyageur office (233 Provencher Boulevard) or at the Parc du Voyageur box office (subject to availability). We strongly encourage you to purchase tickets before coming to the park. It is conceivable that some days may be sold out.
- Can I buy tickets at the Parc du Voyageur?
Yes, but please note that some days of the Festival may sell out. We strongly encourage festivalgoers to purchase their tickets in advance to guarantee their entry.
- Is admission free for children?
Yes, but only for children 5 and under
- Are refunds available?
No. All sales are final. We offer exchanges based on availability. Tickets are transferable and non-redeemable.
- I have purchased a ticket. Can I enter and leave Parc du Voyageur as I please during the day?
Ticketed visitors may enter and exit the park within their time slot, but must first visit the Information Center to receive a stamp to return to the park. Each electronic ticket can only be scanned once.

Parking at Whittier Park is limited. We encourage all festivalgoers to consider other modes of transportation other than their car to come to Festival du Voyageur.

- Where can I park and how much do I pay?
You have the option of using the parking lot at Parc du Voyageur for $10. However, parking is very limited so we encourage you to use the free shuttle bus, carpool or use a cab service.
- Is there free parking for people with disabilities?
No, there is no free parking, but there are priority parking spots at Parc du Voyageur for people with limited mobility. Please visit the parking booth at the entrance of the parkade for more information. Please note that these spaces are also limited.
- Where can I find the Festival du Voyageur schedule?
The complete Festival du Voyageur schedule will be released on January 14, 2025.
- Where can I purchase Festival du Voyageur merchandise?
Official Festival du Voyageur merchandise is available online, at the Festival du Voyageur Boutique located at the Festival du Voyageur office (233 Provencher Blvd.) and in our Souvenir Tent at Parc du Voyageur.
- Can we access the Parc du Voyageur during the school program activities?
No. Parc du Voyageur is closed to the public during the day on February 14, 18, 19, 20, 21 for the School Program. Please visit the park during the hours of public operation.
- What if I lose something at the festival?
The Festival du Voyageur Lost and Found Box is located at the 233-ALLO Information Centre in Parc du Voyageur. Once the festival is over, the lost and found box will be kept for a month at the Festival du Voyageur office (233 Provencher Blvd.) and items can be picked up during office hours.
- Can we bring our pet to Parc du Voyageur?
For safety and sanitation reasons, pets are not allowed in Parc du Voyageur unless it is a service animal.
- Can we use our own toboggans on the slides at Parc du Voyageur?
No, you cannot use your own toboggans on the slides at Parc du Voyageur. Slides and helmets will be provided on site.Please be aware of the following safety guidelines for using the slides at Parc du Voyageur:
- Use of the slide is at your own risk.
- Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Helmets are mandatory for those under 18 years of age. Helmets are available on site.
- What are the entry requirements for Parc du Voyageur?
For your safety, we reserve the right to check the contents of all bags and beverage containers brought onto the site. Please remember the following:
- No alcohol or drugs, weapons or glass containers.
- No pets, including in the park and tents.Passes or tickets will be confiscated and guests will be removed from the festival site for disruptive behavior. Access to the park is only permitted until 60 minutes before closing time. Your experience may be captured on video or photo. The Festival du Voyageur inc. reserves the right to use these videos or photos for promotional purposes only.

- Where can I find the first aid trailer?
First Aid Training Canada offers first aid and CPR services. They will be on site at Parc du Voyageur during the ten days of the festival. Emergency numbers will be posted in all tents. Please call 911 in case of emergency.

Lost children should be directed to the 233-ALLÔ Information Centre where Festival staff will activate the lost child protocol and offer assistance in locating parents.

- Can we smoke in Parc du Voyageur?
Smoking is not permitted inside the tents and Fort Gibraltar. We ask that you be respectful of those around you when using tobacco.

The safety of our visitors is very important to us. Please be aware of the following safety guidelines regarding the use of the slides and snow tubes at Parc du Voyageur:

Yes, you will find accessible porter potties throughout the park, by the Info Centre, and in the Maison du Bourgeois.
- Are there accessible areas in the tents?
The entrance and exit doors have 36 inches of clearance and are on a push system. Platforms are installed in the different tents close to the entrances and are intended for people with reduced mobility and their guest.
- What if I need assistance in the park?
We advise you to seek help from our volunteers or employees of the festival who will be there to help you. You can also call our Info Centre which will be onsite (204) 233-2556.
Over 150 artists perform at Festival du Voyageur every year. We offer all sorts of entertainment for all sorts of festivalgoers.
During the day, you can expect children's music and entertainment, traditional French-Canadian fiddle music as well as local and national singer-songwriters.
After 6 PM, you can expect the best local and national traditional, rock, indie, pop and rap music. Music genres vary by tent.
